Mr. Chong is the founder of K.H.Chong & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Northern Lights and Pan Extra.
He is a Chartered Accountant and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) during his employment with an international accounting firm, Price Waterhouse/ PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Kuala Lumpur. He left PwC as an Audit Manager and started his own audit firm, K.H. Chong & Co. in year 2000.
He has considerable experience in the immigration consultancy and audit profession having provided audit and business advisory services to an extensive range of clients from Public Listed Companies and multinationals to small and medium sized companies.
He is involved in academic development by lecturing in local and Australian universities and acted as an Independent Director for one of the listed companies in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia) and also as one of the speakers for the Directors Training Program conducted by Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Caroline Kiew

Ms. Caroline is the co-founder of Pan Extra and a Chartered Accountant with K.H.Chong & Co. She graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Degree in Accounting (Hons). She graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Degree in Accounting (Hons).
She won the MICPA Excellence Award for Best Accounting Graduates from UPM and is the recipient of the Maybank Gold Medalist in the Accounting field. Presently, she is a member of MICPA and the MIA. She qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) during her tenure with the prestigious international accounting firm, Price Waterhouse/ PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Kuala Lumpur.
She continues her career with one of the public listed companies engaged in telecommunication services listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and left as a Finance Manager. She has wide experience in the immigration consultancy and audit profession including business advisory for obtaining Multimedia Super Corridor status. She was involved in academic field by lecturing and tutoring in a local university.
